Step 1: Find someone who can follow you who can also train you.
I recomend some of the people in the Companions because they have high traner levels.
Step 2: Make them follow you.
Step 3: Train.
As far as I know you can only train 5 times a level, its nice when you dont have to pay though :)
Step 4: Ask them to trade and get your money back!

*This works for anyone who will train and follow you.

These are not the best graphics that the game runs on, fraps destroys my framerate which makes it hard for me to record in an better quality. It gets a little laggy at times because of this, if there are any alternatives to recording with fraps please let me know.
