Ayurvedic Remedy For Periods.
-Boil 1 glass of water
-add 2 spoons of black seeds
-boil till half a glass of water is left
-add a small piece of jaggery in hot water and leave it till it cools down
-when the water cools down drain it
-
You have to drink it empty stomach in the morning for a week daily before your period date.

पीरियड्स के लिए आयुर्वेदिक उपाय।

1 गिलास पानी उबाल लें
2 चम्मच काले बीज डालें
-आधा गिलास पानी बचे रहने तक उबालें
गर्म पानी में गुड़ का एक छोटा टुकड़ा डालें और ठंडा होने तक छोड़ दें
जब पानी थोड़ा ठंडा हो जाए तो इसे छान लें
-
आपको इसे अपने पीरियड्स डेट से एक हफ्ते पहले रोजाना सुबह खाली पेट पीना है।
