PF came to our office with the complaint that: "my Right eye won't turn in". This started about 2 weeks prior to his visit. He had seen another eye doctor in the area and was told to go to the hospital ER. "My depth perception is off and I cant tell the distance of certain things. My eyes wont focus and I have double vision most of the time". He complained of headaches that occur "everyday" and a pain level of 8 on a scale of 0 to 10. The doctors at the ER said that the CT scan came back normal and that he did not have a stroke or heart attack. He was told that he has "pre" diabetes and high blood pressure, and had been on medication. We measured the amount of the eye turn and did other essential tests, including dilation, OCT scan of the retina, Visual Field, Motor Field, etc. We treated with Syntonic Phototherapy and within weeks, he no longer had double vision. Although very young, he had just retired and was very frustrated. He is now relieved that he can now enjoy his retirement.
