Goodness sake, was this one a doozy.

This game manages to break your balls in countless ways. This here is a compilation section of all nine individual carts found throughout the main game (yeah, this is a bonus), with also an added 10th world which you can't practice without going through stuff before, which you know from before anyways. It forms an acute pain in your balls, because it's a great test of endurance and your general skill in platforming, hence the half hour mark. Will try to go for zero defs eventually.
