Bio Insecticide made from Alcoholic Wormwood. Thujone extraction Part 2.

Описание к видео Bio Insecticide made from Alcoholic Wormwood. Thujone extraction Part 2.

About 8 hrs later this solution was heated to 45 degrees C for 2-4 hrs. I have been doing this off and on for half of this day. A lot of chlorophyll from the leaves (dried) was extracted with the solvent (Alcohol).

Stirring was increased to 1220 RPM and this helped stir the sticks and leaves around.

When you use the UV lamp portable you can see the fluorescence properties of the chlorophyll. Thujone at concentrations of 100 mg to 200 mg per 100 grams I made a mistake in the past video can be extracted by this method.

No standard test can show up to prove the chemical test for Thujone. You need a GG-Mass Spec or Mass Spec to detect it. It is not an Alkloid either. I cannot afford that or have that I am just a simple Chemist that would cost 1 million dollars Min.

This is the second part of Part 1.

This method is slow and can take weeks to complete especially for 100 grams of wormwood. A large amount of wormwood by volume must react with 800 ml of alcohol at 45 degrees C for a long period of time. This is the tricky part.

Thanks for watching.
