'The lockdown restrictions imposed in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic robbed us of many hilarious gym fails in 2020. However, there are certain home workout botches that are equally funny, if not funnier than the fails that go down in gyms. One such example is highlighted in this clip.

This video features Leslie Shankland doing pull-ups with a horizontal bar and a resistance band at home. However, her workout session doesn't take long to go south, courtesy of the band beneath her feet snapping and swiftly scratching her entire body.

As soon as Leslie decides to walk away, the collapsed band stuck in her hair pulls her right back to where she was standing.

Recalling this hilarious moment, the filmer noted: "I was recording a home workout for my Instagram fitness page and had a band workout fail."
