Xavier is in the studio to talk about Flagging in the Park, a dazzling event in the National AIDS Memorial Grove which celebrates life as people spin Flags, hoops, ribbons, pois to wonderful uplifting music from world class music spinners.



Xavier shows us the basic flagging moves from the roof of the BAVC building and we pay a visit to the June Flagging in the Park as we learn about the magic which makes an event like this possible.



Flagging is hypnotic, meditative, a great workout and just plain fun!.



The next Flagging in the Park will be on July 30 2011 from 12:30 to 4:30 with music by the legendary Susan Morabito from New York and all proceeds will be donated to the National AIDS Memorial Grove...it's a spectacular event that you won't want to miss!
