Trading Update: $BBIG

Wednesday was another crazy twist in the Vinco Ventures Stock (BBIG). BBIG stock went into a meltdown when it was announced it was engaging in a large equity raising through the execution of warrants. This caused the stock to drop 9.5% on the day. However it seemed like a somewhat irrational move considering it meant at least in the short term, the tangible book value per share has increased approximately 5x... On top of that, something that seemed to have been missed by many is that BBIG is looking to acquire Adrizer. A small detail that was buried in the SEC filing that has gone largely undetected by the media at this stage.

In this video I try to she some light on all of this, update on the BBIG stock short squeeze and speculate what all of this could mean regarding the important shareholder meeting on October 14 and the Cryptyde stock dividend (TYDE)

There is a typo when I'm looking at the change in net assets. The Pre-equity raising net asset figure should actually read $64 481 338 (I accidentally wrote the outstanding share float).
