JUNKED! 1987 Nissan Maxima SE - The Original (Albeit Self-Declared) Four Door Sports Car!

While I think the BMW M5 (amongst a few others to be sure) might ask the Maxima SE to step outside to discuss who really is the "Four Door Sports Car", this is the car and version that started to give the Maxima a performance image which really took off with the generation after these, however much of which has sadly been lost over the last few generations. Yet back in the 1980s this was a legit very cool (and fun!) car to own and drive, and today we have the opportunity to look at one that ended up in a Northern Colorado junkyard after serving its owner for almost four decades. We'll (as always) do a walkaround and take good looks under the hood, in the trunk, and of course discuss the interior appointments along with a general history of the vehicle.
