1/2 cup Spring Onion - chopped
For Coating:
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Corn Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 1/2 cups Water
For All Purpose Flour Paste:
3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
4 to 5 tbsp Water
