Mr. Eiseb attended training interventions hosted by Agribank in collaboration with the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit GIZ in 2021. He narrated how he was introduced to the concept of farming as a business and obtained knowledge and skills on how to identify diseases in small stock, administer vaccines and antibiotics, lick and feed supplementation, maintain kraal hygiene, determine correct breeding ratios, apply ear tags and market his livestock at the correct time.
