Gemini Exchange Review 2022 - What's Changed?

The New York-based crypto exchange Gemini noted for being founded by the Winklevoss twins has a reputation of being very high on the security side of things while also following along with all the US based regulations. We’re going to talk about a quick review over the Gemini app and website.

Gemini’s biggest claim to fame is that it is a fully regulated exchange for crypto-currencies. Founded in 2013. They steer away from decentralizing you know away from being all this regulation they have made a point of falling all the rules and all the regulations that you can go and invest through them and not have to worry about anything if you’re skirting the lines for taxes or paperwork down the road. So one of my favorite things about Gemini is that it is very easy to get on there and anybody can jump on that platform get approved and start training right off the bat. Anyone can trade within the 50 states. So it’s very newbie-friendly and anybody that’s a new two cryptocurrencies will be able to jump in and take advantage of that right off the bat.

I know the big thing is that it allows for a dollar cost averaging functionality so we will allow you to have reoccurring buys just like normal investing into the stock market index fund. It allows you to do that taking out the guesswork allow you to build your portfolio over time so you don’t have to worry about getting another right time and writing it up and selling it because you believe cryptocurrency is going to continue to go up and nothing up just like index funds and stock-market should over the long-term. So that’s another great functionality that not a lot of other exchanges offer.

The other thing that I really like about Gemini is that it allows for a Active/advanced trading platform so this is a specific platform for more experienced investors that have more advanced features like candlesticks and different buy and sell orders that you can place depending on the parameters that you would like to go with. There will be different fees for the active trader vs the mobile buyer.

My verdict on Gemini is that it gives you a lot of rich features that you can move forward with on the basic app, as well as, if you are a more experienced investor, you can take advantage of the website-based trading platform. They have lot of outstanding security features that they follow the US that they meet a lot of the US base regulations which is great for those people that don’t want to warry if they are trading legally. On the flip side you pay for that with high fees and a very long verification process so that it will take time for you to get into the market. Overall, I would give this about a 4 out of 5 stars on the fact that I do enjoy having a little security in my money.
