Secret tricks you can do with the remote control when used on the Samsung PowerBot VR9000 robot vacuum cleaner. There is a secret feature that can only be utilized with the included remote control. It is the infrared control feature where you can point a red light at the ground and the Samsung Powerbot VR9000 will follow it. You can point it at any direction near the robotic vacuum cleaner, and it will turn to follow the red dot. Although you can manually give forward and turn directions, the remote control is the fastest way to get the vacuum cleaner to go to a dirty spot. Note that in this video demonstration, the vacuum cleaner was only in moving mode, and was not turned on to suck out the dirt. However, you can see that even though the suction engine is not on, it is able to pick up dirt wherever it passed. The dirt example in this video is uncooked rice grains.
