Facial cupping offers many amazing benefits for your health and beauty. In the first half of this video I share why facial cupping is worth doing regularly. These are the cups that I bought from Amazon (link below) that have worked well for me. It is a set of 4 glass cups with silicon bulbs in different sizes ranging from the size of a nickel, more or less, to the size of the circumference of a can of soda (these are estimates). I like that the cups are glass, and the bulbs are a durable silicon. The different sizes allow you to cup different areas of your face, neck and the rest of your body easily, without breaking the airtight seal, needed for strong stimulation.

As an acupuncturist, I have tried many different kinds of cups and I do like these best for facial cupping and cupping areas of the body where you need a smaller circumference, such as the neck, chest, feet, forearms and lower legs.

To clean the cups, I like to remove the silicon bulb, wash with warm, soapy water and towel dry. You can also sanitize them with alcohol or your favorite sanitizing towelettes or spray and wash them again afterward to avoid any harsh chemicals on the delicate skin of your face.
