Poppy Meadows is an Extra Care scheme situated in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

There are 80 one- and two-bedroom apartments available for shared ownership or rent to residents over the age of 65, or over the age of 55 if there is a care requirement of at least one hour a week. Residents are able to live independently in their own home, socialise in communal areas and receive on-site care, if they need it. It's more than just a place to call home!
