In this video, we discuss a rising tech in Scale Shot Dragonite within the Regulation H meta for Pokemon Scarlet & Violet VGC. With Loaded Dice as an option, Scale Shot can hit 4-5 times and increases Dragonite's Speed by 1 stage - very important in trying to outspeed other faster dragons in Garchomp & Dragapult. You do suffer a defense drop, but this is mitigated with Multiscale ability along with Coaching buffs from Sneasler. With Jolly Nature, you're able to outspeed the Dragapult, but the lack in damage sometimes isn't appreciated. Coaching can solve this from the Sneasler. Kingambit & Rillaboom can also be recipients especially along with Garchomp. The defense boosts are much appreciated. Haze & Clear Smog options from Amoongus and Primarina are still solid into other specific matchups.
