This is a build I did last year just before summer, I got the boat for free from my neighbor who just wanted it gone. This took me 2 months roughly and tons of man hours but the results speak for themselves. First thing I did was make sure it ran and trim worked. The boat did 36 on GPS and handled mild chop well.
