I am finally getting the chance to do my no spoiler review of Empire of Silence by Christopher Ruocchio! Christopher Ruocchio's Empire of Silence is book 1 in The Sun Eater series which is a sci-fi story that chronicles The Sun Eater Hadrian Marlow who is both a hero, and a demon depending on who you ask. Empire of Silence is a FANTASTIC first entry to a series and I have only heard the sequels in The Sun Eat get better as Christopher Ruocchio continues to take us on the journey. If you're looking for books like Dune I think this could also scratch that itch!
