There's a huge discrepancy between how publishing partnership is represented and how it actually is. These discrepancies are the reason for many rumours about cruel publishers and tricky developers. And the reason for that is that we are reluctant to talk about problems. And the whole publishing process is built on very unsteady ground with potential problems rising from beginning. I would like to break that rule and talk about problems that both side are going to face from the very first moment of cooperation and provide some ideas on how to overcome that.
