I've never played a healing spec, so I found this pretty horrible :)
The pre-scenario in Wandering Isle is exactly the same as Windwalker and is not modified in anyway if you're in Mistweaver spec. As such you should just not do it in Mistweaver, you have nothing to heal and you're just doing a third of the damage you would if you were Windwalker.
The actual artifact quest takes place in Terrace of the Endless Springs. I had massive trouble with this, but most of that is down to not having experience with healing. My problem is with Taran Zhu (I think thats who the main npc is), if you fall behind on healing him and he get's 'gravely injured' it's almost impossible to bring him back up to a level where he will start fighting again.
There's also a bug where the fight never resets even if all fighters are gravely injured and you die... so you end up ressing right back into the fight and likely just die again. Over and over.
I got through the first part just about, but I just couldn't complete the last boss fight. And because of the fight never resetting to even have a proper retry you have to hearth, then abandon the entire quest and reset instances and you have to start from the beginning. (and your UI bugs out with 4 disconnect npcs showing)
You have a choice of setting the npc's to aggressive of defensive tactics, but I tried both and either way they do stupid stuff and die very very easily.

In the end just so I could finish it I just went Windwalker and smashed it in about 60 seconds. I edited my failed attempts with Windwalker killing it just to have a complete video.

So long and short of it is, I'm a noob healer but it's also very buggy.
