I have been many times at Hotel Barsey by Warwick in Brussels and I can recommend it:

My personal opinion about this hotel. I have not been paid. Check out other reviews to here another opinion:

about 15-20 walk to the royal place or take the tram
tram right in front of the hotel...I did not hear the tram in my room.
good neighborhood, however a busy street. At night going into the direction of the city there are once in a while some prostitutes, but its harmless.
parking is available at the hotel. The garage way is quite narrow. I already had my fun there.
The fitness room is really small but the equipment seems clean and uptodate.
I did not try the food.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms and the whole hotel is clean and has a luxurious touch due to many carpet, ornaments and curtains.
The bed was very comfortable!

I have not been sponsored or anything.

My evaluation base:
Location, cleanliness, staff - Depending on what you pay I recommend it.

This is just my opinion. As we like to say "Jede Jeck is anders" which means "every crazy person is different". Therefore please also check well-know evaluation websites to get another point of view, if the hotel is right choice for you.
