JUDGING CRITERIA

This award is given to private and public corporations that implement specific programs that produce a positive and significant effect to Filipino overseas foreign workers and their families.

A. Leadership Commitment – The management/leadership team should have demonstrated specific initiatives or projects where the organization helped in a clear manner the lives, working conditions, financial status, etc of Filipino overseas foreign workers and their families.

B. Sustainability – The initiatives or projects should be sustainable and viable such that they has a long lasting effect to as large number of Filipino overseas foreign workers as possible.

C. Workforce Involvement – The initiatives or projects should promote the concept of volunteerism to its workforce such that employees are encouraged to contribute their talents and skills that can enhance the lives of the Filipino overseas foreign workers they serve.

D. Relevance – The initiatives or projects should be relevant to the current needs of the community they have served.

E. Social Impact – The projects or initiatives should have left a strong footprint in society such that positive social change has resulted in the lives of Filipino overseas foreign workers and their families.

The majority of demonstrable results, major new activities or initiative(s) should have occurred within the current calendar year but may have begun earlier.
