Mt. Fuji a big mistake

yeah !!!we climbed Mount Fuji but so many mistakes we did this time . we climbed on Sunday that was 16th July but we thought there would be no parking lots available in the night time , so we plan to go to the parking lot on Saturday night , so we went to the parking lot

on Saturday 15th July at 7:00 p.m. so it was 2 hours 15 minutes Drive from my home .we reached there about at 11:30 pm. there were many cars already . there were many people try to climb in the night time from the midnight. we tried to sleep in the car but it was not so comfortable to sleep in the car for a short time . we wanted to get the first bus from the parking lot . the first bus was from 3:30 so we tried to sleep for few hours . our kids been sleeping from home. it was very uncomfortable to sleep
in the car . as the season of climbing Mount Fuji has started , they have made the rule that we cannot take our car to the 5th station directly . so we needed to buy bus tickets to go to the 5th station from where we can start climbing . it took about 1 hour to get to the entrance of climbing Mount Fuji.
Btw though you buy bus ticket online , keep the mobile alive to show the receipt sent in your email address . If possible take pictures of the bus ticket in other extra devices . I had a bad experience in this matter. I bought the ticket online and pushed the ACTIVATE ( it should be clicked only when you get on the bus ) which has time limitation and count down starts from the time you push the Activate button. Be careful. Anyway my phone battery died when I was back so didn’t have any proof to show to the bus staff to come back to the parking lot where I parked my car. Thank god the staffs were kind they believed in my story. Think they considered seeing my kids with me lol.
we have climbed many other mountains including KITADAKE which is 3,200 M with kids . in that time we didn't have any problem like attitude sickness but this time we experienced some situations including me . and I realized , that was a big mistake , we didn't sleep well before we climb the mountain . so it was a hectic schedule for our body so I think you all should atake a good rest before climbing the mountain.

as we didn't have enough rest before the day we climbed so I started feeling dizzy and my daughter had a little headache and my wife had headache as well so it's I really recommend suggest to take a big long rest before you climb the mountain.

we have climbed many other mountains including kitatke which is 3,200 M with kids in that time we didn't have any problem any attitude sickness but this time we felt a little including me and I thought that was a big mistake that we didn't sleep well before we climb the mountain so it was a hectic situation for my body our body so I think I suggest you all to take a good rest before climbing the mountain


I also want to mention you another mistake I did was , while coming back , taking the returning bus to the parking lot , I assumed the bus station is in front of the souvenir shop as many buses could be seen there. But for Fujisan parking the bus station was on down side. Anyway in this season the line was so long that we needed to wait for 30 minutes.
Anyway it was a TRIBUTE climb for my late Mother , who passed away two weeks ago at the age of 88. This might be the reason why that climb day was surprisingly of pleasant weather . We didn’t even used out down jackets and raincoats.
