This meditation was created when a friend of mine was feeling restless and could not sleep. At 2am, I decided to make a quick recording on my phone with my headset and the music playing on my TV in the background (reason for the low audio quality). After listening, she was able to fall asleep in 10 mins. I then sent my audio to other friends. One mentioned that he could feel the negative spirits leave and the energy of the home shifted. I was amazed by the wonderful feedback!

I had no intention of posting this in public but I wanted to upload this for any light being who want to balance out their energetic field and space. Especially during this time. This white light exercise is a connection to your higher self. It also protects you from any negative attachments. You can do this morning and night or anytime you feel disconnected. The more you practice this exercise, the stronger your force field will be.
