MEASUREMENTS
1 x 9mm plastic headband blank
1x38cm of 9mm ribbon to cover Headband

Ruffle flower
1" ribbon
2 x65cm
1x 25cm

Added bow
1" ribbon
Simple Loop bow in 1" ribbon on 3.5" template
8 stitches = 4 creases

Layered tailed tux bow
1 x 16.5cm
2x 14.5cm

16.5cm + 14.5cm = layered tux 4 stitches = 2 creases
14.5cm tail 6 stitches = 3 creases

Using 1.5" ribbon
I would suggest using 15mm to 20mm plastic headband blank and wrapping or weaving design instead of covering

Ruffle Flower 1.5" ribbon
2 x 80cm
1x 40cm

Added bow
1.5" ribbon
Simple loop in 1.5" ribbon on 4.5" template

Layered tailed tux bow
1x 22cm
2 x 20cm

22cm + 20cm = layered tux
6 stitches = 3 creases
20cm tail
6 stitches = 3 creases
