A job in management sounds good. But in an office every day? No way! That's what George Palmer thought. So when he heard how farm management means you get out and about all the time he decided to go for it. After a few years of the job and part time study he has reached the role of assistant farm manager. In his film you can join him on a cold day when he and his team and amazing equipment are harvesting sugar beet, from which sugar is extracted at a nearby factory. George shows what his job involves and why he finds it so satisfying.
