Black pepper Beef recipe

Ingredients:

*Undercut beef: 260g (slice cutting)

_For marination_
*Water : 2tbsp
*baking soda: 1/4tsp
*soy sauce: 1tsp
Mix well and marinate for minimum 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes
Add
*Cornflour: 1tbsp
*white pepper : 1/4tsp
*salt : 1pinch
Mix well and add
*Oil 1tbsp
Mix well , and add
*Cornflour: 1tbsp
*oil : 1tbsp
mix well and marinate for minimum 20 minutes.


Vegetables:
(Dice cutting)
*Green and red chili: 10 gram
*red bell pepper: 30 gram
*Green Bell pepper 30 gram
*Onion: 30 gram
*garlic chopped: 1tsp

___for slurry __
*Cornflour: 2tbsp
*water : 2tbsp
Mix well



Fry marinated beef for 3 to 4 minutes on 170°celsius

__For black pepper sauce___
*Oil: 1tbsp
*garlic: 1tsp
*Add vegetables
*black pepper: 1tsp (crushed)
*Add fried beef and stir fry
*Water or stock: 350ml
*oyster sauce: 1tbsp
*Chicken powder: 2tsp
*salt: 1/4 tsp
*Dark soy sauce: 1 tsp
*Honey: 1/2 tsp
*add cornflour slurry
*sesame oil: 1tsp

Serve with Rice.
