Ingredients for this Bhutanese Food Recipes:
2 big chunks of unsalted butter
3 eggs
250gm farmers cheese
A few garlic
Chilli flakes
Salt as per your taste

Procedure to make famous Bhutanese Food Gondo Datshi:
Step 1: Crush the farmer cheese into finely with the help of your fingers.
Step 2: Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Step 3: Cut the garlic into slices.
Step 4: Now, let’s start by melting the butter in the pan. Add unsalted butter in a heated pan and melt it.
Step 5: Once the butter is melted, add the garlic into it and fry it for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6: Now add the properly shuffled eggs in the mixture of butter and garlic and continue stirring for 2-3 minutes.
Step 7: Add the crushed cheese and again stir it thoroughly.
Step 8: Add the salt as per your taste and chili flakes to the mixture.
Step 9:1-3 minutes of stirring and cooking, you’ll see butter at the top of the dish; it means the meal is ready.
Step 10: Stir it thoroughly and turn off the flame and serve it with rice or without rice.

Special notes:
- Don’t overheat the butter by the mistakenly overheated turn of the flame and let it cool.
- Overheating butter will burn your other ingredients and also give bitter.
- Keep on playing with the flame, make small when your dish starts burning and increase if needed.
- You can even serve it without rice.
