FABRICATING a custom YELLERFAB front bumper for a JEEP WRANGLER TJ

Nick and I (Becca) designed, built, and installed this front bumper as a Christmas present for my dad on his 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ. Next we will be making a video hooking up his Warn Evo 10 winch.

Started from Nick drawing the design in Cimatron (the CAD program he uses for work), to cutting it out with the plasma cutter, to welding it together, bending a bull-bar, making d-ring mounts, etc, painting, and then installing it. It was also really cool to be able to weld some of it up with my dad.... because saying you welded some of your own bumper yourself is a cool thing to be able to say.

If I had a TJ, this is the bumper I would have designed for myself. I LOVE how it turned out.
