In today's cooking vlog we try a brand new keto recipe! We're making shredded beef enchiladas and they actually turned out really good! We found this new shredded beef at Costco and wanted to give it a try, and we thought this recipe would be perfect for it! We've been craving enchiladas and these definitely hit the spot.
