Hi Recipe for Success Network,

in today's video, I'm going to share an end of year resource roundup and all the best project manager resources. Many of these resources are free and are for beginner project managers or entry level project managers. If you look, you can find some easy and free resources to help explain basic concepts of waterfall project management and also free resources to learn about scrum and agile methodologies.

I've split resources into:
1 - Courses/Education - PMI or Project Management Institute's Kickoff - free 45 minute digital course and toolkit which covers the basics of PM, best for non-PMs who need to understand or practice project management skills. If you are not a PM, but considering project management, start here!
Basics of Scrum - covers the fundamentals of scrum, process and steps in scrum cycle, team members roles and responsibilities. This is worth 1 PDU as well and is free!
Project Management for Beginners - also through PMI and also Free!
If you are considering PM certifications, you can link below to the google project management certification or PMI.
