HEEEEEEY!!!!! All PRAISE Be To My FATHER in Heaven!!! YES SIR, YES SIR!!!!

I started this journey over 23 weeks ago and what a PROUD and REWARDING Day I had at ‪#‎Dsweatbox‬ with Mr. DSweatbox himself (Darrell R. McQuarter) & Crystal-Lite aka Crystal D. Johnson as we begun my “Sexy by Summer” Photo Shoot.

When I tell you I was in serious denial about “seeing” any changes in myself besides the pounds on the scale or the inches in my clothes…..KNOW this was not an understatement.

I PANICKED when asked to provide a Before pic because…hmph...YES, I felt there was NO DIFFERENCE in my appearance :(

HOWEVER…Can you imagine how “that” emotion disintegrated and was immediately replaced with an EMPOWERING, EDIFYING and CELEBRATORY one upon “SEEING” tangible Proof that all my hard work, setbacks, dedication, pain, commitment and perseverance was right in front of my eyes. :)

This journey…MY JOURNEY is more than about a hashtag it’s a lifestyle and my commitment to self. ‪#‎OperationTakingMyLifeBack‬ saved and continues to save my life. Together with #DSweatbox, who is committed to Mental Fitness and Physical Wellness, I WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP MOVING FORWARD & will be “SEXIER” BY SUMMER….LOL (now ya’ll know me ;) …giggle giggle)

I also have to give a HUGE Shout out and say Congratulations to my #Dsweatbox Sister Erma who was also shooting her ‪#‎SBS‬ photos and Baby She Rocked it!!! Erma along with Sharon (who I cant mention one without the other ….aka wonder twins) along with other ‪#‎DS‬ fam are my REAL LIFE inspiration.
