ingredients:

-olive oil
-one medium sized onion
-2 minced garlic cloves
-one chopped small bell pepper
-one chopped carrot
-1/3 cup chopped celery
-500 Gr ground beef
-2 tbsp tomato paste
-1 tsp oregano
-1 tsp paprika powder
-1 tsp turmeric
-1/2 cup milk
-2 bay leaves
-salt to taste
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-4 burger buns
-mozzarella cheese
-chopped parsley

Recipe:

-heat the pan over medium heat, add olive oil.
-add chopped onion, minced garlic, saute for 2 minutes.
-add chopped bell pepper, chopped carrot, chopped celery.
-saute for 2-3 minutes, add in 500 Gr ground beef, cook beef until is brown all the way through.
-add tomato paste and all the spices.
-mix it well, add the bay leaves and milk.
-mix well, cover with lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
-seasoning with salt and black pepper.
-turn off the heat.
-make a circular cut in the center of each burger buns.
-add in the beef mixture, mozzarella cheese.
-bake at 180C/356F for 10-15 minutes.
-finish it with chopped parsley.
