Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the single Jerry Can holder for your Front Runner platform racks. This is a horizontal mount design. Now by using this 5.3 gallon Jerry Can holder you can carry extra fuel to travel further. It is designed for use with the NATO and the Wedco style military cans. And to install this, it's a pretty simple bolt on installation, comes with the included hardware.

You just mount this onto the platform top channels with that hardware and you're all ready to go. Comes with a nice set of instructions that'll describe how this all goes together and installs. But just to show you what we're talking about, I'm gonna pop up an insert. Here you can see a Jerry Can installed in this holder on top of your platform rack. Basically you can see this heavy duty steel strap right here is what'll secure the can in position and keep it easily accessible.

Basically, just to show you, what you'll do is just push this and release it, and it'll loose the latch and then you can unhook it and you can lay your Jerry Can in there. Once it's in there, you just hook it on this end down here and then hook this into the hook right there and then just pull up on it and then push it and it closes into place. This holds the Jerry Can in the horizontal position, and what's nice about it is it's in the horizontal position right here. This strap will cover the Jerry Can lid to prevent any siphoning of the Jerry Can. And this attached cross strap right here prevents any side to side movement.

You can see, you can just rotate that in the position you need. Now the adjustable stainless steel latch here will lock with a small accessory lock if needed. Now that is not included. We do sell those separately, but there's a hole here that you can put the lock through. If the lock, that's so nobody can get to it.

The finish on this is a nice black powder coated steel construction, resists corrosion. Capacity, again, for this, this will handle one 5.3 gallon NATO or Wedco Jerry Can. It is not suitable for the Scepter style containers. And the last thing to do is give you the dimensions on this. The length, the very bottom here is 20 3/16 inches long. The width on it, again at the bottom, 6 1/2 inches wide. And your overall height from the bottom to the very top here, 14 5/8 inches tall.
