Plenty of people don't like the unfinished look of the exposed gas cap, and that's where this fuel door comes in. It really adds something to the aesthetics, while looking like it belongs, while helping your rig to stand out from the many others. Because this is a Mopar product, you enjoy the official Jeep logo, plus excellent fit and finish. You can put this fuel door on any 2007 to 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK 4-Door.

Durable Material. This fuel door is of excellent quality. It's a single piece, so the door and fuel fill surround are all one. The satin black finish is a nice touch, blending in well with other exterior mods, plus OE trim pieces. Exposed rivets around the exterior add to the rugged, industrial vibe. The hinge is spring loaded. You get a more premium look, like if you had purchased one of the higher-end trim packages.

Bolt-on Installation. Unlike some fuel doors, this one doesn't require you to drill or modify your Jeep permanently. It's also a quick job, taking about 30 minutes of your time, so pretty much anyone can do it. You'll need to start by removing the driver's side taillight, using a screwdriver. From there, you must reach inside and undo the clips holding the factory fuel filler surround in place. Then, you just press the new fuel door assembly in place, and put the taillight back on.
