Russian-ukrainian war in the heads of many began on February 24th, 2022, but in reality resistance against russian aggressors began in 2014 with occupation of Crimea and war on Donbas. One of the hardest battles on the east of Ukraine was the battle for Donetsk airport, which took place on May 26th, 2014, going on for long 242 days and was over on January 22nd, 2015, when ukrainian soldiers left the airport's territory due to it's full destruction... Battles for this airport showed the world that the spirit of ukrainian warriors is stronger than concrete and russian weapons, which led to them being titled as "cyborgs".
