Just to show location of the slave cylinder for those who don't know. Also squeaky clutch for manual cars in general can be fixed with lubrication (with white lithium grease NOT WD40) to 1. clutch assembly under dash; 2. master cylinder & push rod under dash; 3. ball joint of the slave cylinder at pivot point to clutch lever.

However, just to let you all know, I could not unscrew the two bolts holding the slave cylinder as it is probably stuck due to rush etc. I tried to clean the ball joint with WD40 and lubricate it with white lithium grease. I did clean out a lot of dirt, but the squeaky sound still there and only slightly improved.
