As we are facing some difficult times, most of us yogis are moving onto teaching online.
Here is a short class on how to practice Nadi Shodhana Pranayama or Alternate Nostril Breathing to bring some calm into the body, to balance the left and right sides - yin and yang.
It is amazing for relieving stress, anxiety and insomnia.

Meditation is a very grounding one - object is Muladhara chakra or 1st/Root chakra in the body, located at the base of your spine/perineum.
Please feel free to extend your meditation for 5-10 minutes or longer.
