What if there was never any sexual chemistry?

The only way to have a great sex life is to continue to talk openly about it, then to “practice” being intimate over and over. And instead of seeing it as a destination, see it as a journey of co-exploration.

If “chemistry” is the issue, then same thing: talk about it. Ask yourselves together:

Can we build chemistry, even if it wasn’t there before? Can we explore workshops, sex therapy, or new experiences to awaken our connection?

If you’re both in, great! But if not, you need to decide if you’re okay with where things are and how that impacts your relationship. There’s no “right” answer, just what works for you as a team.
