Isolation effects our physical and mental health in many ways, so we must remember to establish social distance without creating social isolation. Focus on connections to drive away isolation and power through your recovery journey despite this pandemic. In this video, Addiction Recovery Specialist Jean talks about the many ways to find help during the pandemic to keep your recovery on track.

Jean is a certified addiction recovery specialist and a licensed clinical mental health counselor. She is also a person in long-term recovery, with 8 years clean from cocaine. Laura is a non-user who is trying to better understand addiction and recovery in attempt to be more patient, compassionate, and forgiving.
