In the world of the ancient Greeks, poetry was a dominant form of literary expression, and so it was only a matter of time before we ran into a Pre-Socratic philosophy expressed in that form. Xenophanes takes aim at the mytho-poetic orthodoxy that Homer's long poems represented in his era. This video will examine how Xenophanes does that.
