"One of the great advantages of living here was that there were no neighbours, it wasn't a residential street at that time, so you could play music as loud as you liked and they did. I think it was the kind of place where after they'd been to 'The Speakeasy', one of the music clubs just five or ten minutes' walk away, they'd come back here later and hang out and so on. So yeah, Jimi was 25 when they were here so yeah they had some fun."
