I share what I eat in a day making simple & healthy , but still delicious low fodmap, lactose free, and gluten free meals!

I do my best to eat Gluten and Lactose Free, (MY Phase 3 personalized) low FODMAP, and feel nourished while I'm on my fitness journey. 🍜 My husband, not so much. 😹 I also do my best to research the measurements for "low fodmap". My sources are Monash or Fodmap Everyday, and accurate to the date the video was released (keep in mind they could change in the future).

Here are the recipes with the changes I made. ALWAYS double check to make sure that the ingredients are suited to your needs. I'm no professional. I'm literally still learning myself!

---They were a bit dense for my liking, but still tasted ok.
For low fodmap friends, use green bananas instead of ripe (you may have to add some additional sweetener because of that). I also used vanilla plant-based protein powder instead of unflavored whey. Finally I added 2 Tbsp of dried cranberries in addition to the chocolate chips, and 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Topping was a quarter-ish of a cup of lactose-free greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder all mixed together.

---Linked is the recipe that I pulled the teriyaki sauce I used (plus a tsp of grated ginger).
The tofu I chopped in half lengthwise, and then into slices a bit bigger than 1/4 inch. I cut the pineapple (up to 200g is low fodmap). Put them on the grill on medium heat (but each grill is different), but you could easily do this on a grill pan inside. I spread the teriyaki sauce on them as I turned them while cooking. It took about 5 min each side for mine (but just cook till the pepper is done to your liking).

---I swapped out extra sharp cheddar for the parmesan, and HOLY SMOKES this is my new fave way to have potatoes! 100% recommend!
