HobbyKing Pocket Quad Ultra-Micro DSM2 MultiWii Quadcopter Problems

Purchased this micro quad from HK and since then have been plagued with headaches. It is NOT a BNF, it is a pain if you are a beginner as it forces you to do some fine soldering, which is alright but if you run into trouble, resoldering can quickly result in damage to the board.

In this video I'm showing that only 3 motors spin up. I tried switching motors out, and in doing so believe that I've damaged the 'original' soldering points, so I tried the ones just above it (looked like the board is connected on the same points) with SAME results (so at least another solder point works the same).

Not sure why only 3 spin up. The crazy thing is that when I disarm the quad, then the motor (bottom left) spins up more than when armed!?
