This new Fate musou game came out yesterday.
I didn't have much interest in it at first to be honest, buuut... I decided to give it a shot anyway.

The game is quite CPU heavy, but it still manages to run at 50 to 60 FPS at 720p with a mix of Medium to Low settings on my potato PC.
Now, by itself, the game expects you to be able to run it at a constant 60 FPS. If you don't meet that criteria, it starts to run in slow motion.
However, I'm not sure what sure of black magic tricks does RTSS perform, but by using its FPS-limiting capabilities, you can make the game run at lower framerates just fine.
Thus, what I did was to limit the framerate to 45 FPS, and with the settings I show on this video, the game works just fine.
I had to cap it even further in order to record this video though, and that's because when running the game at 45 FPS, my CPU is used almost entirely.
Since OBS' video recording capabilities use a bit of CPU power too, I couldn't record a good video if I kept running it at 45 FPS, so I capped it to 30 instead.
I imagine that even a slightly more decent CPU would have no troubles running this at a higher framerate. Perhaps something like an i5 4440 is already good enough.
