CORRECTION: Items won't break as long as it has Robustness left. Robustness can be restored by spending materials as specified in their respective crafting table.

I had 2 Trinkets break with Robustness still at 100, they are both purple horns that restore hp per kill, so I came to the conclusion in the video. The item might be bugged, or maybe the robustness mechanic was bugged but was then patched. But anyways...
