My son and I went magnet fishing here many years ago during the winter and the river was iced over pretty well. He was just back to go swimming here this summer and I didn't't realize that it is a swimming hole. I had to get in there with the metal detector!

I went back there and almost immediately found a big, silver ring in the old swimming hole! It was a great way to start the day!
