Ingredients:
2 large eggs
125 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 g dry fruits (chopped or whole, as preferred)
60 ml milk
220 g all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
100 g melted butter
Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Prepare the Egg Mixture:
In a large bowl, beat 2 large eggs and 125 g sugar until the mixture becomes light yellow and fluffy.
Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and beat again until combined.

Incorporate Butter:
Add 100 g melted butter to the egg mixture and beat for another minute.

Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, mix 220 g flour and 2 tsp baking powder.

Gradually fold this dry mixture into the wet egg mixture.

Add Milk:
Pour in 60 ml milk and beat lightly for 20 seconds until smooth.

Layering:
Pour 1/3 of the batter into a greased and lined cake pan.

Sprinkle a layer of dry fruits over the batter.
Add another layer of batter, followed by another sprinkle of dry fruits.
Finally, pour the remaining batter on top and finish with a final layer of dry fruits.

Baking:
Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
Bake the cake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cooling and Garnish:
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
