Ingredients :
200 g of shredded phyllo pastry
Half cup of melted butter
Quarter tsp of food colouring ( orange )
For the cream u will need :
1 cup of milk
2 tbs of cornflour
2 tbs of sugar
1 tbs of blossom water
1 tbs of rose water
Syrup and crushed pistachios for decorating .
