One Week in Iceland: Reykjavik, South Coast, Snorkeling, Fishing

We spent one week in Iceland with the first half of our trip staying in Reykjavik and the second half traveling the south coast.

Here's the breakdown by day:

00:29 Day 1:
Arriving off of red-eye flight at 9 am. Went to Sky Lagoon. Stayed in Reykjavik.

07:28 Day 2:
Hung out in downtown Reykjavik. Went fishing with Elding Adventure at Sea.

11:13 Day 3:
Went whale watching (0/10 experience). Ate at Seabaron. Visited the super mario bros wall. Ate the famous hotdogs. Also ate Valdi's rye bread ice cream.

15:15 Day 4:
Picked up the rental car from Blue Car Rental. Ate at Cafe Babalu. Traveled the south coast and visited Gluggafoss, Seljalandsfoss, Gljufrabui, Skógafoss, and Black Sand Beach.

37:43 Day 5:
We visited the second half of the south coast. Went to see Svinafellsjokull Glacier and Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon.

41:15 Day 6:
We did the golden circle (Gullfoss and Geysir) and also went snorkeling in Silfra in between two tectonic plates.

45:50 Day 7:
Last day in Iceland. we went to Blue Lagoon and then traveled back home to the U.S. :(
